Meet Greta
Mental Performance Consultant, MPC (Provisional)
As a former varsity lightweight rower, former High-Performance Coordinator of a Provincial/Territorial Sport Organization, and current competitive cyclist, Greta brings a holistic approach to mental performance consulting.
She has supported clients and teams across a wide range of performance domains including varsity swimming, varsity rowing, competitive gymnastics, cross-country skiing, endurance cycling, competitive speed skating, business, law, music, and lifestyle. Her work focuses on helping individuals cultivate a winning mindset through tailored mental skills training and personalized strategies. Guided by her core values of empathy, growth, resilience, and integrity, she thoughtfully adapts each intervention to meet the unique needs of her clients, empowering them to prioritize their own values and achieve meaningful success.
